This fully welded stainless steel plate heat exchanger provides robust performance in a compact footprint. Designed specifically for pharmaceutical and biotechnology operations, it features a completely gasket-free structural boundary. By laser-welding the corrugated plate pack, we eliminate elastomer gaskets, preventing compound degradation, chemical outgassing, and leakage under hot fluid profiles.

With a calculated 1.0 m² of active heat exchange area, the thin, corrugated AISI 316L plates generate high turbulence even at low flow velocities. This high turbulence maximizes heat transfer rates while actively minimizing biological film buildup and particulate fouling inside the fluid channels. Operating at a 30 kW thermal capacity with an inlet temperature threshold of 100 °C, this unit is designed to handle high-purity water-for-injection (WFI) heating and Clean-In-Place (CIP) sanitization cycles.
