Perform computerized thermal sizing calculations using HTRI and custom thermodynamic models. Create accurate CAD designs for shell and tube assemblies, verifying structural clearances, baffle cuts, and tube sheets against TEMA/ASME codes.
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience specializing in industrial heat exchanger designs. Proficiency in HTRI, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD is mandatory.
Perform high-precision TIG/MIG welding operations on pressure vessel shells, tube sheets, and flange connections. Work with diverse metallurgy including stainless steel (304/316), copper-nickel, and carbon steel under structural ASME guidelines.
ITI Welding Certification with 3+ years of experience in custom fabrication of pressure vessels or heat exchangers. Must pass our internal welder qualification test.
Manage in-house hydrostatic pressure testing, helium leak detection, and dye-penetrant weld inspections. Keep detailed records of physical quality metrics, verifying each unit matches TEMA/ASME structural limits before dispatch.
ASNT Level II Certification in NDT (RT/UT/PT/MT) with 2+ years of experience inspecting structural pressure containers or process exchangers.
