High-Efficiency Intercooling, Aftercooling & Moisture Condensation

High-Efficiency Thermal Reduction: Compressing air generates massive amounts of thermal energy. Our air compressor heat exchangers are engineered as multi-pass intercoolers and aftercoolers to rapidly reduce compressed air temperatures before it enters subsequent stages or your receiver tanks. This process condenses moisture out of the air stream and increases air density, boosting overall compressor efficiency and protecting downstream pneumatic tools.

Custom Finned-Tube Configurations: To optimize heat transfer on the low-density air side, we configure our bundles with high-density copper or aluminum finned tubes. The external fins increase the surface area contact on the air-side by up to 10 times, ensuring rapid heat dissipation and maximum thermodynamic performance without causing excessive air-side pressure drops.

Robust Leak-Free Design: Dealing with highly pressurized compressed air demands absolute mechanical sealing. Our tubesheets are precision-drilled, and the tube-to-tubesheet joints are torque-expanded or seal-welded under strict NDT guidelines. Every assembled unit undergoes hydrostatic pressure tests up to 40 Bar to guarantee leak-free reliability over years of continuous load cycles.

ENGINEERING FEATURES

Calculated and Fabricated for Demanding Thermal Loops

Every exchanger is modeled with specific thermodynamic profiles. Below are the key engineering specifications built into our Air Compressor designs:

Finned Tube Technology

High-density copper or aluminum finned tubes increase outer air-side surface area, maximizing heat rejection rates.

Built-in Moisture Separator

Optionally fitted with an integrated centrifugal moisture separator to drain condensed water dynamically from the air stream.

ASME High-Pressure Standards

Engineered strictly in compliance with TEMA Class C/R specifications and ASME Sec VIII, ensuring high-end manufacturing safety.
